... the Prado, with clothes packed in a couple of bags (but not loaded), and a few perishables still in the house fridge.

What this packing and loading process showed me was that there would be quite a lot of things that I can't do until just before I leave (the last night or next morning before leaving). This resulted in a new list of Last Minute todo's. Would you believe it but I have ended up with 25 items on this list.
