        Room was clean. Shower was good. Free wifi and best of all, the location was excellent, just around the corner from Hardware Lane and just off Elizabeth St. Very happy with the hotel.

        ... obviously since we were sleeping on the sofa in the lounge area!). We arose just after lunch time and decided to grab some lunch out and then headed to the Royal Botanical Gardens. We decided some pumpkin soup would be nice and also would warm us up. Even though the sun was shining, the wind was lethal.         ... and New Year celebrations and most of the roads closed for the half a million people coming into town. The coach driver kept saying he was not sure how he was going to drop us off but he battled though and all was well. We decided to buy some steaks and cook at home!!
        The fireworks and the lilies on the river looked stunning on the TV but also looked very busy!
