    ... at our first stop, an organic farm and winery called Corzano e Paterno. In addition to wines, they also produce their own cheese. We toured the winery to see the equipment used in the wine making process and learned the difference between aging wine in French Oak (spicier) or American oak (vanilla/floral) as we toured their wine cellar.
