... we have a tail wind and he is getting 13 mpg. This sure beats the 8.5 mpg he was getting in South Dakota!!! Our friends in the RV club tell us we are not hauling an RV. We are hauling a house. I told Joe that when this trip is over, he can always get a job as a truck driver if he has an itch to return to work. He said No Thanks. Today's run up the Cariboo Highway was delightful. The road was wide and smooth. It did not rain that morning in Clinton (in spite of dire predictions the night before). The squalls came through all day. At times I raced them as they moved up behind me, managing to keep dry most of the afternoon.
