Another travel day from Bordeaux to Rennes. Rennes is heading west and close to the west coast. The reason for going to Rennes is it is about an hour away from the famous Mont Saint Michel, and has a dedicated direct bus.

So we wandered around the outside, climbed up and down and looked out over the tidal flats. It is so amazing. We headed off to St Malo to check out the medieval walled city.
