... its Kingdom, wow. Super excited now we jumped on the bus and headed out. It is truly a remarkable piece of architecture and dates back to 708AD, OMFG I was about to walk into something that is over 1,300 years old, how fricken cool. It is very gothic and very imposing. We wandered through the cobblestone village before heading through the house of the Knight Bertrand Duguesclin and his wife. Kinda tiny for a Knight and even his armour was small. I think he must have suffered from ...

      ... a dining room.

Just in one church wow, but there was a lot more to it.
That took about 3 hours, my brother, sister and I got really bored.

The next morning which was day two we went to 2 different places.

The first was Cancale and we walked around the coast line.

We went to Mont St Michel.

It is a church and a lot of houses on a rock.

We went inside the church and got an English tour.

It took around about an hour. But in my case ...

      ... from the markets.

We wandered through the quaint town of Dinan. A lot of its buildings weren’t straight and really looked like they would fall over.
We walked around the city walls and the boys attempted to climb them.

It was an amazing end to 2014 with almost 3 months of travel in Spain, Portugal and France.

Looking forward to more European adventures in 2015.

The girls and I hadn't been to St. Malo yet, so we decided to make a day trip out of it! Ksenija, our neighbour from Germany has a car and offered to take her car there. It was only about an hour drive, but it was a nice Sunday drive! Kasia, Ola, Amanda and I all piled in the car and set off for a nice day trip! We arrived around lunch time and decided to get some food! We weren't very hungry, so we didn't ...
