Day 13: Bourg-Lastic to Bourges

A travel blog entry by grahamgkd

Another good day's ride with 207km on the clock, interesting roads and scenery first thing, a little less so on the run into Bourges due to the many kilometres of dead straight roads. The weather was kind to us, with only a couple of showers, although we would have been quicker without a headwind.

The bike is going well bar that one …

Once outside, we were astounded to be directly outside the beautiful Bourges cathedral. Will be exploring that tomorrow! As well as the medieval timber town, and the local laundromat!
