    ... the walk up was tough on the lungs my two greatest fears were coming back down and running out of water. We had cleverly only brought slightly over 1.2 litres between the two of us.     And back on to a bus for the heat of the day.
    Decided on the bus to KL that I was a bit washed out, and instead of moving along immediately to Indonesia I would take a day off to sleep myself out and generally vegetate.
    Must have needed it, I was asleep by 7.30, woke at 4am, and added 4 hours after that.

    ... are very touchy about that. A woman on the bus has also been covering her mouth since I got on.. Believe me it's seriously hard to not take their reactions personally!
