    Today we started the Swiss leg of our holiday, taking the train from Lyon to Geneva.

    The train trip took just under 2 hours and was quite comfortable.

    We arrived in Geneva just after midday and then had McDonalds for lunch before picking up our next rental car - a Skoda station wagon (sexy beast).

    ... was so hot. We started noticing flies around us and eventually we looked down and saw loads of them on the floor. Looking up at the ceiling and the light was definitely a shock!
