Let's make this easy...
Good:
internet/wifi is fast
new rooms
kitchenette with microwave, fridge, pots, pans and cutlery even!
iron/ironing board
clean
good service
breakfast is good
great location, especially for shoppers
good pillows
stand up shower and western toilets
funky sliding room dividers for 2 person rooms, with sliding wall TV
Large (for China) elevators
Not so good:
Beds could be softer
maybe more selection for breakfast
breakfast could be earlier (it goes from 7 to 1030) - not so good for early tours
Recommend? Yes
Would I stay here again? Yes

If it was affordable, I would stay in these hotels everywhere. This is the second of our trip.
Only issue is that we have had a leak under the sink since we have arrived, reported it three times and someone came up once, plunged the sink and said it was fixed... It's still dripping!
Other than that, great hotel.

This is a great little apartment hotel. Excellent location (2 blocks fom the drum tower) and comfortable rooms. Even the pull out couch sleeper is pretty comfortable. The first floor has a restaurant with very good food and it's clean and well maintained.

Room lovely & clean. Very well equipped with facilities to do own cooking & cleaning. Quiet. Breakfast very poor- don't bother.
