... the diversity of the place. One day we ate a kind of wild mushroom-type, greenish, see-through, wobbly vegetable called “Angel Tears” that only grows in a certain part of souther Taiwan and can't be found anywhere else in the world. Exciting! The taste was fantastic and I enjoyed the combination of this vegetable with a lot of exotic seafood. You love seafood? Then go to Taiwan!
