SadVille/akaCincinnati, Kentucky, United States polesana... basalt columns - mostly hexagonal - but some with as many as 10 sides! I would love to sit in the "Wishing Chair." Myth says that Finn MacCool made the seat when he was a boy and that wishes made here will come true... In County Fermanagh - the Marble Arch Caves are cut by 3 streams that flow down Cuilcagh Mountain, unite underground & emerge as the Cladagh River. These are but a few things that will require us to make a second journey ...
Milford, Ohio, United States ldunnreier... At least, he better have only been there, because I definitely stopped watching. Can you say under-used? Then I watched "Sunshine Cleaning." Good movie, not so sure about the message, but Amy Adams was awesome, of course.

Got a couple hours of sleep, not enough, though. I could have stayed awake but the time change kicked me in the face enough as it was. Majorly tired by the time I got to London...five hours ahead of time at home, and with too much to do.
Cincinnati, Ohio, United States howlingcoyote19... We reached our campground in Columbia well before dinner.

The campground was adjacent to the fairgrounds. No fair going on but there was a steady stream of cars leaving the grounds as it had been the starting point for a bicycle ride to benefit MS that day. Also, there was a college intra-mural baseball game that evening in a rather nice baseball park. Strolling around the campground we got into friendly conversation with a couple who were ...

Milford, Ohio, United States ldunnreier... he had to call off the meeting. I had purchased a bottle of Amarula (a South African drink similar to Bailey's Irish Cream - but made from the Marula fruit) in a duty free shop in Nairobi. Now what was I to do with it? One can't take more than three ounce bottles through security. After finding out our meeting was cancelled, I went up to the Delta counter and asked if they could help. One helpful agent said she thought they might let me through since it was still sealed ...
Cincinnati, Ohio, United States joelmeeker10 days until I leave. Seriously...where is time going. I went to church on Wednesday night for "Last Wednesday" service. I really needed some time to re-center myself and to focus on God. I've been so busy worrying and preparing for my trip that I seemed to have lost focus a bit. It was great to spend some time worshiping and praying. The girls stayed home with Matt so it was just me and God. Honestly...I didn't even notice the 1,000 or so other ...
Cincinnati, Ohio, United States mariahk... in Cincinnati. There were twists and turns like a maze.
We drove by the "Cincinnati Reds" base ball stadium. Most houses here are milk cartons. Drove through Indiana which was flat farmland with a few trees, but green scenery. Stopped in Indianapolis for minor repair on RV. Got detoured because I70 was closed for road work. Drove through foggy bottom so we locked doors and windows, finally got on I70.
