... of the long line of participants....led by the very young and gregarious vicar! Three laps again, but this time it culminated in traditional dancing right in front of Saint Thomas' church. After that we went to hunt out the churrozeria, as we had been advised to do so by Bonterrapark campers! This is like a donut except it is straightish and about 6 inches long. You dip it in hot chocolate...great taste!

All good stuff and great to see ...

At L'Ametlla we had lovely, warm evenings sitting out until very late enjoying our evening meals and a last bottle of Muscat. The nights was cooler, here by the sea and so a good sleep by all. We wandered around the castle rooms and battlements, the latter providing views over Peniscola, the coastline and beyond, then left to explore the narrow, winding streets on our way back to the car park.
