Not as bad as people make it out to be

After reading all the reviews about this hotel, I was a bit hesitant to stay here... But although the smell in the reception was a bit strong, the room I got was not too bad. It's clean, if a bit dark. Bed is nice and big. Best of all, the WiFi was actually decent.

A travel blog entry by daniel.swiss on Jun 10, 2015

Today I had lunch with an old friend of mine, one of the last people I still know at my first employer. We remembered the "good old days", and we caught up with the kid's stories. I realized that his youngest is now 15; the last time I saw him, he was ...

There is the most stunning view from the basilica and we spent some time inside the beautiful church. About 3pm we headed back to the station, where we had stored our luggage and to pick up ...

After they were all set up and more people were there we sat down for lunch. Shortly after getting here I realized it may not be as much as a English speaking event as I expected. There wasn't a lot of people only about a dozen. Most of them were either from Quebec so they spoke French or had been here long enough to learn it. There were only one ...

... a sudden he realized I wasn't there and he started freaking out! After that he had a blast during the free play. I was surprised this time it went on the beam no problem I didn't have to push him all. He proceeded to go on the higher and lower balance beams a couple of times. Finally the bubbles came out and we had a very happy boy! Of course he wasn't so happy when it came time to leave but well sadly all good things have to come to an end. As always it was fun watching him.
