In den tour-freien U2-Jahren muss man auf Alternativen ausweichen.

Seit Tagen/Wochen wurde drüber spekuliert und seit heute steht fest: BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN spielt ab Mitte März 4 Konzerte (Zeit genug für mehr wäre vorhanden) in Australien.

Stationen sind Brisbane, Sydney, Victoria und Melbourne:

... past when a show was on. Guys were on unicycles doing really cool tricks, some even with fire. A small group of girls did an ice skating dance routine which was pretty good.

We were going to try and make it out to the Olympic skate ring while we were here so Dan could throw on some ice skates for the first time, but didn't quite work out for us, which is unfortunate, as that would have been heaps of fun.

There is not a hell of a lot to see here in Innsbruck, so ...

... I much prefer the smaller country hotels.

The road leading to Seefeld from the motorway is extremely steep and is simply another pass in its own right. There are loads of hotels but just like further back in the Dolomites they are all closed for the season.

I was now well over 1000m high and as the sun went down it became extremely cold. I was freezing and now desperate to find a hotel for some warmth. I knew if I just kept going I would fine somewhere ...
