Day 3Sking to a castle(no not really)
We went to Skiing and Snowboarding UK at Matchams Lane, Hurn, Christchurch, Dorset and got two 2 hour open practice passes for 16.35 pounds each totalling 32.7 pounds or $51.43. Four weeks
Just four weeks to go and I just want to be settled on board with the real world, and Christmas , left behind. I still need to order money and am checking the exchange rates daily its still going up so hang on. If it starts to go down then I buy before it looses any more. The money is delivered to the ship so don't have to carry it. The exchange rate is pretty good also. Found ...

The last day
It's gone so quickly and there is so much still to see....another return trip perhaps? It's been an interesting visit, different to that we expected perhaps, as mentioned before, contrasts from lavish demonstrations of (modern) wealth to remnants of the soviet past. Winchester and Salisbury
... Climbed up High St to see where the old castle at Winchester was. Went into the Great Hall which remains to this day, where Sir Walter Raleigh was sentenced to death and the round table of King Arthur has been hung. Came back down High St (Pete bought a beanie) and strolled through the Abbey Gardens, by the local river and the old city walls to the car. Drove to Salisbury next.
