      ... then a few more we couldn't see anyone selling corn. It soon dawned on us that they had all left the beach because it was too hot in the early afternoon sun to be lugging around coals and corn. After waiting for what seemed like eternity we spotted a vendor down the beach and I ran after him. It was well worth the wait because the corn was so delicious it wasn't even funny. We weren't sure wether the corn tasted amazing because of the coconut coals ...

      ... a few bars on the island - played beer pong, funnelled drinks etc before heading back to Oasis for bed. Always safety conscious we use two padlocks when there's an opportunity to do so - the guesthouse provided one and our own. Only able to find one key when we returned we had to force the door open but thankfully with no damage to the framework; a relief really as when the key was in my phone case it meant we could just unlock the padlock like it never happened! 28th November ...

      An early start to what is surely going to be a long day! We are doing a full day on the water today, then heading to Phuket Town to run a night race. This did seem like a good idea at the time! Little did I know I'd be up half the night trying to calculate credit card charges and dealing with fraud. Some of the girls came to the hotel...       ... season it wasn't even that busy, I was willing to give Ko Phi Phi a chance. We spent Monday afternoon relaxing on the beach then In the evening we watched "The Beach" in a rooftop bar and partied all night on the sand.
