We did a little shopping, took some pictures, and fed some fish before piling back into the "Love Van". Then we travelled to an American themed steakhouse on the way to Khorat. Miles had finally fallen asleep for a nap on our way there, and we sure didn't want to wake him, so we let him snooze at the restaurant for a while. We had a delicious plate of stir fried pork and basil with rice, and then dashed back over the road, with a short detour to the 7Eleven for snacks for dessert, and then settled down to watch Mega Shark vs Crocosaurus on the SyFy channel, which we enjoyed immensely, although I think Paul may have been overstating it when he called it "the first great film of the 21st century".

That's all for now, more to follow ...

The final day in Khorat (today) i went on the city tour tram which goes around the city passing places of interest such as museums, wats, caves, monuments, city pillar shrine and the 4 city gates (Pratu Chumphon (West gate), Pratu Pholsaen (North gate), Pratu Phollan (East gate) and Pratu Chainarong (South gate) - of all the ...
