Glorious weather and totally relaxed on the beach. Kindle reading. swimming, repeated many times over!
Had dinner at the Garlands restaurant which, as last year, was excellent!

A fairly early start as we take the truck back to the port and then the ferry to Koh Samui.
As on the outward journey we are lucky to get on fairly early and have good seats on the stern deck. Beautiful views of the islands en route to Koh Samui. We stop en route at Koh Phangan and hope to visit there next time we come to Thailand.

Travel in Thailand is always interesting. The resorts are full of ticket touts and ‘agencies’ offering package trips here and there, some legal, some not so legal. We paid 500 Baht each for our travel to Koh Samui which is around £10.00.
