    Morning run, 6 km loop. Still no pavements, but it was a really quiet area where we were staying. Occasionally, we were passed by a few mopeds or pickups. Part of our run was on a dirt track where we passed a few coconut 'factories'. I saw a man with a massive knife and thousands of dead coconut cases, unfortunately I don't think he was the man from Delmonte.
