      ... are still off the booze and cannot take paracetamol. Don't get me wrong we aren't alcoholics, but a beer would be lovely right now.

      Sarah has to work for the first week whilst she is here. After a quick hello she switched on her laptop and advised us that she is going to be unsociable for the next week - suits us just fine.

      ... up in there, although it is better than on the streets. We stayed in the puppy house for a couple of hours and already started to get attached to some of the dogs. There was a really sick dog in the corner that was blind and just swaying back and forth. It was awful. I went to give him some attention and tried to give him some water and it ended up all over him. I wanted to cry but all I could hope for was that they are doing all they can for him.

      ... shrimp, rice, thai soup (almost like wonton with no wonton) and a crazy hairy fruit that tastes like a giant grape with a nut in the middle. After lunch we could walk around the village and take a look into a traditional thai fishing village. very interesting and eye opening.

      The last stop of the day was kayak and some beach time. We pulled up to a stunning beach in the middle of the ocean. We had a chance to kayak along the coast and out to James Bond Rock ...
