    ... right up to the shinkansen on exhibition... well, at least the front bit of the shinkansen. Most were interactive and you could enter most of the carriages. There was a large turntable in the centre of the room which demonstrated the way they rotated the trains. Unfortunately, we were on the third floor when it started and by the time we made it down, we had just missed it.

    Final preps done and just relaxing today. Marc giving his last seminar. They are giving us a goodbye party this evening and heading home tomorrow. What a summer it has been and life changing too.     Making last minute preps for trip home. Organizing, laundry, extra food, etc. We are going to Tokyo tomorrow to Art Museum which has antiques and artifacts from region. We are also meeting with our dear friend Kazu's two daughters which we have not seen in 16 eyars. Last time we saw them they were in their teens and now beautiful young women.
