... hundreds and hundreds of pieces of pottery, it was great fun and the kids were trying to find the best bit of course.
We have been invited for Xmas drinks and canapé at a local ex-pat couple this Saturday which sounds like fun. The community have been very welcoming since we arrived and with only a couple of thousand winter inhabitants you can't go a street without saying hello to someone.
Today we went into town to buy some food and bumped into Panyota who does the gardening where we are staying, she is a lovely Greek lady who speaks good English. I can honestly say that there is nothing in Greece about Christmas yet and the whole ethos is very different here, there is very little commercialism which we absolutely love.
