We took the bus to Playa Del Carmen which was only over an hour away. Playa was much more developed and a lot more tourists around. The cost of everything was so much dearer than any other place throughout Mexico. We went to our hostel which was only 10 min taxi ride. We have been so lucky to have Jess because she is really good at talking to the taxi drivers and getting a much cheaper price. ...

... Concha, trying to get my orientation back. I wandered and wandered some mnore and finally after anther 20 minutes or so I was a familiar puddle, yes puddle (that Lukas had noticed) the day before and from there I was able to find my way. Phew......I may not have executed this walk as planned successfully, and my arms were tired but getting lost made for an interesting adventure on the streets of Cozumel.

The all inclusive was highly indulgent with 6 restaurants to choose from and attentive staff asking every half hour if we needed more drinks. When ordering non alcoholic beverages they would answer whhhhhat? You don't like alcohol? Hmmm twist ...
