I almost forgot to go back to my favourite Itarian restaurant for a $10 lunch.
But I didn't forget, and this is what I had today.
The first course salad and soup was the same, but the main I chose today was spaghetti in a rich tomato sauce with eggplant and parmesan, EEEYYUUM. When I bit into the warm eggplant it released a burst of garlic and olive oil, which added another layer to the flavours in the dish.
Sayonara my favourite Japanese Itarian restaurant, I'll miss you..

Once we settled in, we decided to head to Ikspiari which is their version of Downtown Disney. To get there, we discovered we could take this absolutely amazing Disney Resort Cruiser which ...

... purples though, so not the best fireworks I've ever seen". Disney staff, if you are reading this, you need to add purple fireworks to your display.

After the fireworks, it was like someone had hit the fire alarm. Everyone disappeared, even though there was still several hours until park closing time. We took the opportunity to grab some more rides. Firstly the Roger Rabbit taxi ride that Angela was very keen to do, then Charlotte ...
