Elephant frenzy

A travel blog entry by amzah

... happy group. Mostly it's women who are volunteers. It's good for a change :) So what have I done:

  • We bathed the elephants in the river, quite easy, just relax and elephants enjoy getting a splash to cool them off
  • Scooping poop, this is actually not that awful. They are vegetarians, the smell is doable, but their **** is heavy!!

We saw some other beautiful temples before driving on to have lunch at a local place by the river before driving on to our place in the mountains- a Chinese ...

Breakfast as always about 7-7:30 and we finally got some jobs to do. I volunteered to plant Mizuna – a green stuff similar to ruccola. And finally I could talk to people "legally"J We chatted with Ness and Katharina about everybody's travelling plans and finished well before lunch. And because there was ...
