It was an exciting day for me! After 20 years of world travel, I just encountered a completely new kind of shower fixture here on the island of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands – one that requires three hands to regulate to the desired pressure and temperature. Even more memorable, Pat and I encountered a plethora of topless women and nude sunbathers on today's walk planning exercise.

We discovered a lovely hideaway hotel in the French village ...

The service was just like any other Catholic service except that the priest spoke in English and then in French, not sentence by sentence, but more like gospel by gospel or prayer by prayer. The church walls were lined with the scenes ...

When I got to practice, Nikaidi was at the court, but not practicing. I asked Robenson why and he replied “red flag” with big eyes. I went over to talk to Nikaidi, who was hanging out with some other girls, talking, laughing. I asked her why she wasn’t practicing and she said her belly hurt because of the time of the month. Her belly hurt, but it sure seemed like she was having a grand old time with her friends…hmmm. I told her that where ...

... putting ketchup in it...when the server walked by, she helped him squeeze the ketchup in. Funny, but kind of gross stuff. Good thing I’m not grossed out easily while eating. Dede had to head to work, so I told him I’d see him tomorrow and he said a saying that Tuto always says: God spare life. It’s their way of saying, at least my interpretation of it, if God blesses us to see another day. I like it. So if you ever ...
