So back to the BBQ, with a simple range of sausages, and chickenwings. Not a steak to be found. There was however, a Tandoori oven, so I also helped Raj with his tandoori chicken. Yum! I hadn't done Tandoori chicken at a BBQ before, but I may have to consider adding it to my repertoire.
