... I ate the carrot I was supposed to give them.. Let's just say it doesn't make for a very happy horse. It was a very long walk but a great adventure. That was just a blip of all that has happened in the first 3 days and I cannot wait for all that is going to come. I have also come to realize, i's a little more difficult to keep up with this blog than I once thought so bear with me.

Note the picture of our dinner location, outside along the Thames, or the Isis as it is known in Oxford. I never did get the meal I ordered, which began a trio of screwed up eating experiences.
... a short meeting with Larry, Michael, and the deans. It turns out that one of the deans from Corpus had a family emergency and has to return home right away, so we are down a dean now. The rest of us will share his shifts until (if) Michael and Larry can find a replacement.
I stopped arranging my song around 4:30 and headed back to Pembroke to do some laundry, and then I had a 5:30 Skype session with my brother, Nick! Hi ...
... for the OxTrad blog. I feel like I've gotten much closer with Emma and Tom this year, which is great because they are both so nice and I feel like our senses of humor are quite similar.
Tomorrow I have the day off, which is an awesome thought. I'll probably spend most of the day over in the Corpus piano room working on a new song for a cappella. But first I have to get up in 5 hours for a fire drill...blah.
... faculty meeting tonight and those are mandatory, so I left dinner and took a long brisk walk around town to wake myself up. I don't know how much it really helped, but it got me through the meeting at least.
The meeting was a riot, because we were over in Oriel but they'd forgotten to set up enough chairs in our reserved room. They also forgotten a projector screen, and there was no blank wall space, so Kate had to project the meeting notes onto ...
