... and more than 360 employees in the height of the camping season. It is the largest campground on the east coast and one of the largest in the United States. On an average seasonal day Ocean Lakes has 25,000 - 35,000 guests enjoying the countless amenities that have made it a local favorite and a national vacation destination. ... Our next stop was the Franklin G. Burroughs-Simeon B. Chapin Art Museum. We LOVED IT. This was Peggy's favorite thing to do on this trip. The exhibits were Swim by Charles Williams (huge paintings of his experience of almost drowning); My Inner Garden by Laurie Blum (her inspiration were trips to the Garden of Paradise in Shiraz, Iran); Voices of the Island, a Cuban Art Collection of Reynier Llanes who had ...

... time. So the docents have their favorites that they like to talk about.

There are over 1400 statues at Brookgreen Gardens.

Following dinner, we went to Broadway at the Beach and walked around. I am not sure any of us made any purchases.

Then, our next stop was Legends in Concert. I have seen this show in Biloxi, ...
