    ... to book us on the next flight to Paris via London on British Airways. We then waited for the confirmation of the tickets while i also waited at the United counter to cancel and refund the previous booking. After a third eternity

    I was able to get the cancellation with refund and the booking confirmation.
    Between all these calls the madness and my sweaty hands, my already cracked phone ate the concrete twice and the mic doesn’t work now
