Locked Out
The sight of a crashed bike next to a large bus was the first thing that peaked my morning senses as I sat by the back of Ken's pick-up truck on the way to Home & Life Orphanage - just more reckless Thai drivers, I thought. Traffic in Khao Lak has never been heavy as is most parts outside Bangkok city and based on my months-worth of observation, it would be years before the town may ever need a single traffic light to ease a problem such as congestion. ...
Three Adults On A Moped
... the beach in search for dinner. This time, we tried three adults on a moped! Jo, being the most shaken up from riding mopeds, rode alone with Rich before he came back to pick Tia and myself up. As the comparatively thinner one, I was sandwiched between Tia and Rich for a good 10 minutes before we stopped at a dim lit food court for a buffet. It wasn't a comfortable ride, let me tell you that. But it was well worth it for the feast that came after.

Beautiful resort, the friendliest staff that we have met in Thailand, so close to the beach and a mind blowing-ly big swimming pool that was literally a step away from our decking. Would definitely recommend!
