    ... position for changing of the guard at Buckingham palace getting there at 9.30am for 11.30am changing.     Due to our lovely hotel location, our first full day in London started bright and early. I think we were on the DLR by 7:45 am. We went on a guided bus tour around 9:00 am. The tour started in the Financial District which reminded me of Wall Street in New York. As interesting as the district was, we ended up looking at the same couple of blocks for over 30 minutes because the traffic was so heavy.
