Merry Christmas in Vienna. We went looking for something open nearby to the apartment, not having had dinner the night before. The lady who we had rented the apartment from had given us the impression that local places would be open on Christmas Day however this proved not to be the case. By the time we had Skyped siblings in Perth Chrissy was hungry and cranky, and we headed for the city via the tube. The train journey from Budapest to Vienna was relatively short when compared with previous train trips, taking only 2.5 hours.
