... and again. The backpack was super hard as I didn't have the luxury of packing a whole bunch of clothes due to space so I went with items which could re-use easily like tops for outside and bed etc.

Packing up my life both in my room at home and the suitcase and backpack was draining to say the least. The packing continued all the way until 4:30am the morning of my flight - hears to say I didn't sleep well that night and felt sick when it came time to leave the house. After ...

... these early months. Andy clearly had an alcohol problem, Alfio had a reliability problem, and occasional attitude problems, so there were challenges to face. Hugh had told me to go to him if there were any problems with Andy, however I spoke to him and gave him a chance to improve the states he would come to work in. There was an immediate improvement but it did not last long. Another employee I had to let go! It was not safe for him to be there ...
