          ... walls and when it hardens it creates their nest. The people then climb up on Bamboo ladders to pick the spit off and it is then sold to make birds nest soup.

          ... as we basically slept the whole way. Before we knew it we where getting off and jumping into our bus. This would be another 3 hour journey. We did a stop half way to stretch our legs and grab some food. We had our 7/11 toasties which we love and sat in the sun. Danielle ran back to grab some crisps and the driver escorted us back into the bus. Without realising he started to pull away... without Danielle!           ... the healthy food was and I told him that this was it. Dad got his egg omelette and a coffee before coming back to the table to eat. We talked to the hotel manager for a bit before going back up to the room to get ready for the pool.           ... was just rice. After lunch, we paid 10 baht to use the toilet before going for a swim in the nice warm water. After that we went to another island with a beach that had kayaking. On the way, we passed a lagoon and we were told we could go into the lagoon then come back. Twice dad had to move with the waves so we didn't capsize but we got to the lagoon without falling in.           ... only with a crunchy outside. They were delicious. Andy had a duck curry and it was sensational as well. We were extremely well fed. Even the Sprite tastes better here. To finish the day, we went off to the Krabi fish farm. I can't say I loved it. It was incredibly run down, dirty and the tanks were small. They had a shark swimming round and round in a small net and the recent rain had cause a fairly bad algae outbreak. We didn't stay long. Afterwards we drove home via Ao ...
