      ... staff looked after him for an hour while we rested, but he didn't like it much - wasn't used to being on someone's back. We have chosen to stay at the camp again today, rather than going out diving, so that all of us can have some more rest time.       ... walk... and big surprise during the walk I saw some very weird movement in the water (high tide) so I came closer to identify the phenomenon and saw a big darker area... waited a few minutes, nothing... and when I was just about to turn round it happened again the dark spot was in fact a fish band and they were all jumping together out of the water and this a few 3 meters away of the shore and me! Very beautiful choregraphy! Unfortunately ...

      ... Mida Creek guide made my belly turn upside down! He told me that he was only eating twice a day because of childhood habits... not enough money to have 3 meals a day! That made me re-think my own childhood (especially when my mum was trying to force some black pudding Ó la franšaise down me... I did hate her for that... maybe not anymore! Mummy you are off the hook now!!!)
      Oh and just a quick tip while I am at it...before taking a pic of someone ...

      ... channels of what went before and without awareness we carry that on. Not only do I see my Dad's hands, general physique and some mannerisms, but there is also a weird sense of the familiar in the general software we operate on.
      So here we are, in his house on Watamu beach, by the Indian Ocean. His house reflects his obvious passions: ecology, music, art. He is an artist who uses marine debris. It being Christmas, there is a banana ...

      ... be so difficult! Heidi is very patient and great at teaching, as are all the staff here.

      So once that was over the 3 of us were pretty knacked! And to top it off, we have our own private session with Luke on the kettles again in the afternoon. My arms are killing, even as I type this. Hope I cope!

      So the kettle-bells session with Luke was fun. I have gone from being petrified of them, to happy with them. I was originally so worried ...
