After all those emotions I went for a walk and played a bit on the beach!

I went later on (when the sun was a bit less aggressive to my white skin and my nutty head... don't want to get me any more crazy than I already am, don't we) with Henry for a ride to Watamu village.
... there for about a year. She had come in with eye tumours which had been removed, but she also has a problem as she cannot dive. The other resident was Shela, who had come off rather badly in a propeller incident. Her shell had been badly damaged, and until recently she had still been bleeding from the wound. Her back flippers were also affected, so she is there until she is mended.

... best bit is it is real quick too, so a great workout and the main bit is over in about 15 mins. The warm up is really necessary though or you will pull something as most of us did last week.
Then we had a choice to do some kayaking and sailing, but it really was a bit naff and disgusting. We had to go up the beach where the sea is completely full of seaweed. It's bad by Baraka, but really bad further up. There is at least half a foot of seaweed ...
... thirty seconds of boxing, and then drop and do a plank for 10 seconds (and this was the rest state) and then back up again. This went on for about 5 or so minutes, then we had other bits to do also which made it a bit like circuit training. Dinner - food great by the way...all the stuff I live, veggies, salads and fish galore. Not a chance I can loose weight here, I am eating more than at home! Then bed ...by about 8.30pm Mon 13th Sept Slept much better last night ...
