... Mida Creek guide made my belly turn upside down! He told me that he was only eating twice a day because of childhood habits... not enough money to have 3 meals a day! That made me re-think my own childhood (especially when my mum was trying to force some black pudding Ó la franšaise down me... I did hate her for that... maybe not anymore! Mummy you are off the hook now!!!)

... be so difficult! Heidi is very patient and great at teaching, as are all the staff here.

So once that was over the 3 of us were pretty knacked! And to top it off, we have our own private session with Luke on the kettles again in the afternoon. My arms are killing, even as I type this. Hope I cope!

So the kettle-bells session with Luke was fun. I have gone from being petrified of them, to happy with them. I was originally so worried ...
