... sorted we decided to explore and headed to the North West tip of the island to a beach called Mae Haad. Driving along the coast provided some awesome views and we settled down to an afternoon on the beach. The sea here was shallow and calm perfect for paddling in or sitting in as required, a tiny strip of sand connects the tiny Ko Ma island. A few hours later we biked it back, got a bit lost but found our way back anyway. No domestics either! The American crashed ...

... the bottom of the hill as the bungalows are half way up and he wouldn't be able to start again if he stopped for us to get out there! The walk up the hill was thankfully brief! Our bungalow is basic but perfect,we have a couple of double beds, an en suite and a porch/balcony which is about 10m from the sea (in high tide). I've always understood Ibiza to be Britain with a bit of sunshine, but this island, the size of a small county is even more attractive to people who have the money for a longhaul flight than Ibiza which is seen as 'tacky'. Just outside, down the road or stones throw away from about everyone on the island is a beach. An unknown luxury to most Native British. On this beach is ...

... m sure we will be back. I really do like this island, but being here 3 days is already too long. We are both kinda tired of this island because its hard to get around. It's cheapest to rent motorbikes, but we don't wanna risk that. The only other way to get around is by taxi, and its super expensive. We planned on going to hike a waterfall tomorrow since we have been a bit bored during the day, but when we found out it would be 1000 b just to get there ...

... pharmacy and headed back to my resort. I made one pitstop at an attraction I had seen at The Big Buddha on my first day. It was a fish spa. You place your feet in water and lots of tiny fish nibble off your dead skin. I was freaked out at first but it was actually ticklish at first and then very relaxing. Crazy, right? Today being my last day in Ko Samui, I really wanted to savour the time I had left in my swanky resort. So I lounged in the ...
