... to head somewhere a bit bigger. We had organised to go back to Chiang Mai to visit the Elephant Nature Park. This is a sanctuary that takes in mistreated elephants and gives them an environment that they can enjoy themselves without being used for the wrong purpose. ... we had our most romantic moment of our honeymoon yet; a beautiful private dinner for two on the beach. We named it saturday night date night and Ollie even got his hair cut for the occasion! Day 7 on samui and I have finally got Lou in the sea past her knees! After speaking to so many locals reassuring her there are no jelly fish and the water is too warm for sharks, she just asked to go back in the sea! Woop! ... this incident, even snorkeling became very difficult for me. Therefore, I didn't want to hold Marty back from enjoying his diving adventures and assured him I would be fine while he was gone.
