We had the alarm set for 7am and after showering and re packing we headed to 'I love salad' for our last meal on Koh Tao (pesto scrambled eggs and avocado and coconut juice). We then headed to get our songthaew (pick up truck with seats in the back) to the port to get the 9.30am boat (Lompraya) to Koh Samui. We had a brief introduction as to what we would prepare and cook today and how long we would be there plus we then had a run down of some typical Thai veg and spices that are essential to Thai cooking. Didn't sleep a wink, not because of the Train just because I didn't wake until 11 and as the attendant knocked my cabin door at half four he was as surprised as me to find me wide awake at such a stupid hour.. Still only a 2 hour wait and Chicken Fried Rice and ice coffee at Surat Thani for the Bus and then another 1 hour wait at the ferry and it was on to Koh Phangan.
