Having recovered from our drunken antics, we decided it was time to leave Samui so we made the hour ferry journey to Koh Phangan. The island was paradise!! Absolutely stunning scenery, gorgeous beach, clear water- I was in heaven!! We got a 'taxi' to the hotel which was situated right on the seafront- the tide was in so the sea lapped up the rocks outside the restaurant- the hotel had a tiny beach when the tide went out- but there was miles ...

    Day 146

Got up a few times in the night as the air con kept on going to cold (for a change) but eventually got up and checked out of the hotel as we were getting picked up at 8:30 in another minivan to take us across the mainland to Koh Phangan. Couldn't wait to sit on a bus half the day and a boat for a few hours! The bus turned up late at 9, then we headed off to another stop which was where we changed buses (this one barely had any room in it!) We sat in the front which ...

... David deserve each other. Mike has offered him the job. Personally if he can do this to a friend then what will he do to someone he doesn't like?

Mike cited 2 reasons for giving David the job. One was that we've not always completed the mileage log in the cars. His words were 'you never complete the log, you just don't give a toss'. Sometimes we have forgotten because we have been busy. It ...
