Sunday 15th February, Montego Bay

Belly and Wendy took the dingy to Doctor's Cave, a reef site about 3km away. It was a bit windy with a few waves which meant the visibility was a bit poor and keeping each other and the dingy in sight was a quite a challenge. It was a pretty good workout for an hour or so. There were really pretty corals and quite a few fish, though all very small.

Friday 13th February, Montego Bay.

A huge cruise boat had arrived during the night and moored quite close to us. Wendy went for an early morning paddle to check it out and also to have a look around the bay. Gary was very nearly an alarmist suggesting that at this port everyone should opt for a Carnival excursion or risk being harassed by locals attempting to either sell you illegal substances which would ultimately result in your arrest or steal your belongings. Getting back to the day: I went to a shop and bought duck shoes. Even though the sand in the water on the west side is fine for most people I found it bothering me when I went into the water.
