Really nice hotel. Rooms were well decorated & spacious.
It is conveniently situated, as the free shuttle that runs between downtown & the Chattanooga Choo Choo stops directly outside.
There was a nice choice for the buffet breakfast.
In fact the only downfall was that unless you paid extra, Wi-Fi was only free in the lobby.

Of course, the experience is enhanced through the clever use of lighting and music without which it would not be as impressive. Actually, without the lighting one would not see it at all because it is very deep underground and therefore totally pitch black! Very pretty and worth a ...

... a very pretty walk and experience.
The old owners added bridges and a huge waterfall plus you can see
across to 7 states so it is interesting. With places on the walk
called Eye of the Needle and Fat Mans Squeeze, it was fun to explore.
At the end is this super weird fairy tale part that was a nod to the
German heritage of the owners. It is little windows carved out of the
rocks in a tunnel and in each window is a ...

... an indoor/outdoor climbing wall downtown, along with lots of great  bars and restaurants.  And of course their is quite a bit of Civil War History.  If you go to Chattanooga, you must go up to Lookout Mountain.  Not only is it an historical Civil War site, but the views are incredible and all the homes are lovely and charming, with Fairy tale street names like Red Riding Hood Rd. and Peter Pan Way. I was lucky enough ...
