So let me sum it up, we thought we were paying $300, after having to wait for our official bill for 3 hours they told us to pay $400, we said they was ridiculous and after an hour of the guy being on the phone we were told we could pay $200 tomorrow. ... whole way back.
The rest of the afternoon and evening was spent preparing for our departure to the main island. We visited the ATM, went to Chris' office to print some information for our trip and packed. We walked across the bridge to the Kirin Beer Garden for dinner. At this restaurant you order meat and vegetables from the menu and then cook it yourself on the grill in the middle of the table. You even get plastic bibs for when the grease starts to pop out. There ...

... not. A wise man once said 'there’s no difference between confidence and fake confidence’. So for all of the demos with our instructors I soldiered on, again always volunteering first and again giving it my all and making a complete fool of myself. But you know what, every single time I was praised for my attitude, enthusiasm and attention grabbing gestures. And every single time I was always speaking way too fast still. Must. Work. On. That. Anyway we were set the ...
