It was a bummer, to say the least, when we found out that due to housing limitations, we had gender specific accommodations, which meant even the married couples would be staying in separate rooms. All in all, it was kind of nice to be anxious to see my glowing wife in the dining hall for breakfast in the morning.

There was so much to do at the conference center. They had volley ball courts, swimming pools, trampolines and even a little pen with baby ...

Time to go. Did most over the box packing last night but still a much earlier start for us today! Took the kids off to the park while hank did the rest if the pack down. Didn't leave til half twelve but made good time (only one wee stop) and didn't bother with a lunch stop so arrive at Le Mans at 4. So off we toddled and had a ...

... you could say “Mines a Kronenbourg”. All the time accompanied by the sound of V8 engines screaming through the gears as they accelerate out of the second chicane past the hotel and down to the Mulsanne corner.

I have no idea what dinner was I think it was turkey but it was as relevant as Le Petit Mans, we compared stories of our tribulations of entering the circuit, drinking wine before grabbing two bottles of red and rushing to the ...

      ... carried a spare, I know.

James then hotwired my fan to the permanent power source with tape and a random clip thing taping it to the bulkhead added problems being that every spade connector he touched fell off in his hand, SNAFU. The fan now worked and could only be controlled by switching the power kill switch inside the car, it did work though. I took the Offending relay to the front desk and asked the receptionist if she could call around a few garages ...
