Today started in a very disappointing way, as we walked in to have our breakfast we were greeted with many hungry people. We found very little juice, no bread or hot food, very little cereal (many eating on plates and with forks due to no bowls or spoons), and one of our tour party clearing tables so many of us could sit down. Water was beautiful and warm :) Back to hotel (rooming with Alana and Sheree from NZ, each had our own double ...

Since St-Jean-de-Losne, we have been in the region of Bourgogne (Burgandy in English), in east central France. Bourgogne is of course one of France's main wine producing areas and the vineyards here produce some of the most prestigious ...

... 55357; On the recommendation of the tourism office we arrive at Le Grenier a Sel for lunch and are treated to one of the best meals we have experienced, so much so we booked it for dinner that night so we could partake of the fare that we saw others having. A wander through town and back to the boat for an aperitif or two. ...
