... to explore Bourges on Sunday. It was worthwhile, as we had the chance to explore the Bourges Cathedral and the old town itself. There are many sections of the town which date from the medieval times, with wooden framed houses down most lane ways. It is a town of about 66,000 friendly people. We found a wide choice of restaurants and cafes on Saturday, but fewer on Sunday.
