... went to the supermarket to get some fresh food provisions for our visitors, the bonus is that it is air conditioned but you feel the heat when you come out.

... as it really does spoil the views. They have been training drivers since May but they are only going to start officially running in September.

The cathedral was big and solid like our Norman built cathedrals and had a massive Roman Archway in front of it, but best of all it was very cool inside. It was full of paintings and alters one each end of the main isle and at least another 4 alcoves with alters which usually means there was ...

Later we had a walk up to the station to see how long it takes, ready for meeting John’s sister Jean and our good friend Margaret who will be with us on Tuesday. ... 12 o'clock we were at least 88F in the shade and the temperature was rising so the decks were too hot to paint. We had a light lunch but the temperature was now at 91 in the shade. We bought Fablon yesterday to cover both table tops which needed a quick fix to make them look better. Isi had done one using Fablon on the edges too with a little help from John and it looks good.
