Caravaggio and a map or a conundrum?

A travel blog entry by michaeljay on Jan 15, 2015

Nancy for Joy had one saving grace....its art gallery. This gallery contains the sole reason for deciding to visit the town.....a painting by Caravaggio of course. "The Annunciation" hangs in a corner, almost as if it is of no importance, which makes seeing it from all angles to find the best position to view an impossibility. Caravaggio's works should be viewed from as many positions as possible as he always painted with a view to ...

Today, I was fortunate enough to be invited to celebrate the Chinese New Year with some friends from the BBA program at ICN. I wasn't sure exactly what to bring, so naturally I brought wine and some helping hands!

Monday will mark a great turning point in our lives as we'll start a semester of much learning and dedication to our education! Plus, we get to meet the other international students, so say hello to more culture shock!

I think by the end of these few months, I'll be so versatile that I'll be ready for any job, any opportunity and any change than may come my way. I hope that my ...

... sad part. I almost cried. She was so precious.

For dinner, we met up with Pete and went to get crepes. Creperies are the best place for me to eat because they always have a vegetarian crepe. Pete had one that was called English, so I mean naturally he had to try it. Poppy had the Popeye, naturally. It was really great hanging out with them.

Poppy leaves tomorrow morning and then Pete will leave Monday and it's just going to be little ol me, but only for one day.
