After waking to a hearty buffet breakfast, the decision was made to get on the quads and travel to the other side of the island to the village Aperianthis to check out the archaeological museum there, which has artefacts dating back to 7Bc. The riding again was altogether exhilarating, inspiring and scary. 82km/hr on a quad bike feels like you are about to launch into the time continuum.
