Have you ever said something and wondered a bit later how you could have been so utterly wrong about it??
Well, Jessy and I were about to experience it.
Since our fridge could only offer us molded cheese and a few onions we figured we had to go grocery shopping now if we did not want to go to bed without dinner. Quickly dressed with gloves, scarfs and earmuffs we figured we would be back in just a few minutes, the store was only four blocks away.
... that in theory if the bank did collapse financially you could always take a part of the building and sell it!
The Bank of Montreal building itself is still a bank and it makes for quite a venue to do your banking! The size of the main hall and lavish decoration certainly add some occasion to the mundane process of paying your bills!
The building also houses an interesting museum to the Bank and the history of Canadian money. Well worth ...
... largest, however, with that said, it seems a little smaller as it is divided into two factions, this is a little sad and their festivities would be incredible and would closely rival Toronto’s if they ever got their act together and joined forces. The two groups are far apart in their thinking, this is unfortunate – the groups are "Diversité/Diversity de Montreal and Fierté/Pride de Montréal.
