    ... the way the tolls from San Sebastian to Blaye came to about €12.00 in 4 pieces. You get very good at having the card ready as you approach the barrier.

    It was €6.55 to park for the night which is barrier controlled and toilets are on site too.

    Fortuitously there is a small restaurant adjacent and a humble pizza and few beers at 21:00 before he closed was a worthy reward after a lot of driving.
