    ... Bruge.
We are so pleased we came here it is just exquisite. The shops are all quality merchandise. It is just picture postcard perfect. I don't need to write about it and will just let the pictures tell the story.
We ended the day in a wonderful restaurant both with meals we agreed we couldn't fault.
Mumsy will be dangerous in the shops tomorrow. She's just remembered the number on our cash card. ...

    ... Caprais de Blaye.

The Aire in St. Paul is being re-surfaced but note that apart from shop which closes at 19:30 there is nothing else in the village by way of facilities.

We must have passed signs for 100 Chateau or Caves in our evening journey through the heart of the wine region. The neat rows of the vines are such a beautiful sight.

We crossed over the Gironde and the Dordogne en-route the waters that are so essential to the Bordeaux heartbeat.

... items. Operated by a Frenchwoman and a South African bloke. I was hoping for a nice seafood meal to spoil Relle, but we couldn't understand the menu so settled for red meat and a nice bottle of local rouge! It is a sleepy place but has a ferry that runs across to the Medoc Peninsular vineyards. This is the main reason for my detour as I want to see the famous wineries here; Rothschilds, Marquax, etc! The Rothschild's wineries make some of ...
