We have come back to LA specifically so that I can go to Universal Studios. I guess I could have picked Disneyland, but I figure that Paul is more a Universal kind-of-guy. So today is the day we head on out to Universal. I have been given website addresses to get cheaper skip-the-line tickets, but after talking to a couple of people, we think the queues will probably not be bad enough to warrant the extra $50 per ticket.

I imagine there is no place like it in the world and I am excited to explore more of it ...

We are learning to be rude to strangers who all seem nice but are super ridiculously pushy in ...

... was too busy serving no customers in the store. I knew the inevitable was coming... I hesitantly walked into the local pub to find 6 single fellas perched over their bar stools, heads sunk into their half dunk warm pints along with one bartender drying glasses with his checkered cloth, how original I thought? I sheepishly went to the side of the bar counter to explain I needed a quick push because my lights had been left on and flattened the battery somewhat. Everyone sitting round ...

It before we started rides it was time for lunch. After lunch we headed for the first lot of rides. We did Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters ...
