    Had a nice sleep in, still seedy from the night before! Our van had a flat tire so I went and pumped it up at a servo easy enough. We finally gave our van a wash and fueled up! Headed to Melrose Ave for some shopping and score some summer clothes! Had a delicious lunch out with Steph. Off to Venice again to chill because we love that area.     ... seated...landing in LA!!!

    It was tough going...for all of us, but we are still speaking nicely to each other and helping with the bags.

    at this point Bill and I had a conversation about weather our bags would of arrived as they had been checked forward from NZ.

    It was a lovely clear day in LA, about 18c.

    We shuffled off the plan and lined up with our declaration entry card and passports, the line ...

    ... which proved not to be a great place for sleep. It was the first town we went to where we had a hard time finding a place to plug up...and were ultimately chased out by an overly aggressive parking lot security guard. So we left Albuquerque in the middle of the night and drove for another few hours until we found a Super 8 to plug up at around 6am.

We then drove up around the lot to the King Kong 3D 360 show, the tram drove into this building where we were surrounded with floor to ceiling movie screens where you get to watch a battle with King Kong and a T-Rex. It was pretty awesome! We went on to see sets used in The Walking Dead, Spartacus, Pirates of the Caribbean, Princess Diaries, Desperate Housewives & so many video clips!     ... a photo with Mater but the line was so long. So I stead I went back on the Radiator Springs Racer ride. I even video the race part of this ride. What a great ride it was. I then meet back up with Katie and Charlie and we then headed back over to Disneyland Park as we had to finish off the rides we didn't get to do yesterday.
