... Berland(232 steps to the top) and the Musee Beaux Arts. We backtracked to the Rue Ste. Catherine and walked the rest of the way to the Grand Theater. The shops at this end seem to be doing much better, as it is near the tourist area and undoubtedly receives a lot more foot traffic. Today we got up early for the slow drive to Italy. We packed up and then got in the car. On the way we stopped at a restaurant,on the side of the road. When we got there we went out for a walk. ... go to a bar and have some lethal gin and tonics then go to a few different pinxos bars. The best one was el Torino, great beef cheeks and suckling pig. We drink kalimexos which is red wine mixed with coke and is really good. The next day we wander around during the day as it is slightly too cold for the beach.
